To ensure Uber app users are connected with the highest-quality drivers, we review partners over their most recent 25+ trips using the app. During these 25+ trips we require a minimum rating of 4.3 to have your account in good standing. Unfortunately your rating during these 25+ trips was below 4.3. 

Over the next 50 rated trips we will review your account to ensure you average at least a 4.5. At the end of that period we will send you a message to let you know whether you maintained this rating. If so, your account will remain in good standing. If not, we will deactivate your account. 

To help you achieve successful ratings during this period, it is possible to attend a Quality Improvement course. Please remember, Uber cannot require you to receive training and if you do choose to attend training, it can be with any provider of your choice. Below is one option partners have told us they found helpful.
