To ensure Uber app users are connected with the highest-quality drivers, we review partners over their most recent 100 trips using the app. During these 100 trips we require a minimum rating of 4.5 to have your account in good standing. Unfortunately your rating during these 100 trips was below 4.5.
Over the next 50 rated trips we will review your account to ensure you average at least a 4.5. At the end of that period we will send you a message to let you know whether you maintained this rating. If so, your account will remain in good standing. If not, we will deactivate your account.
TO HELP YOU ACHIEVE SUCCESSFUL RATINGS DURING THIS PERIOD, IT IS POSSIBLE TO ATTEND A QUALITY IMPROVEMENT COURSE.
Uber cannot require you to receive training and if you do choose to attend training, it can be with any provider of your choice. However, one-option partners have told us they found helpful is R3Z Solutions “Quality Improvement - Online Class”. If you wish to seek training from R3Z Solutions, you may apply through their website http://qiguclass.r3zs.com and select QIG – Active Partner. Please be sure to forward a copy of this notice to their enrollment team when instructed to do so during application process. Please remember, Uber cannot and does not require anyone to use their services.
