We emailed you recently to inform you that we would begin a review of your account over your next 50 rated trips. During these 50 trips we require a minimum of a 4.5 average rating in order for you to retain access to the Uber app. Unfortunately, because your average rating was below 4.5, we have deactivated your account.
TO BE CONSIDERED FOR REACTIVATION, IT IS POSSIBLE TO ATTEND A QUALITY IMPROVEMENT SESSION.
We would simply need proof of certification/attendance from a provider of these sessions in order to reconsider your activation status.
Of course, Uber cannot require you to receive training and if you do choose to attend training, it can be with any provider of your choice. However, one-option partners have told us they found helpful is R3Z Solutions “Quality Improvement – One-on-One Class”. If you wish to seek training from R3Z Solutions, you may apply through their website http://qiruclass.r3zs.com and select QIR – Deactivated Partner. Please be sure to forward a copy of this notice to their enrollment team when instructed to do so during application process. Please remember, Uber cannot and does not require anyone to use their services.
Should you wish to simply receive your phone deposit back, please visit your local Partner Support Centre to return the device.
