HOW TO PROVIDE THE BEST SERVICE

Please provide the same high level of service you always would with driving for Dignity, including the following:

  • Greet passengers by saying "Welcome to Uber. I hope you had a good experience ordering the ride!". If you are having issues getting used to the application please ask the rider for their patience. 

  • Be sure to confirm the rider's destination that they have entered in the Uber application. 

  • Be sure to "START THE TRIP" in the app. Begin driving to the rider's destination, and "END TRIP" in the app once you drop the rider off.

  • REMEMBER: "GO ONLINE" WITH UBER AT ALL TIMES WHEN YOU ARE NOT ON A DIGNITY RUN!
